Physical Classroom

Children need places where they can go

·       to concentrate,

·       to work in groups,

·       to build things,

·       to experiment

·       and to listen to the teacher.

This may involve

·       learning centres,

·       libraries,

·       art centres,

·       audio-visual centres

·       quiet zones where children can let off steam or cope with personal problems.

Choice of Activity

Over stimulated students àmore active tasks – role plays, debates, interviews, discussions etc.

Under stimulated à students to participate in decisions about what to learn.
